Chettinad Hotel Rasam Ingredients Required:
For Rasam Powder:
Garlic 12 Nos
Black Pepper 6 tsp
Cumin Seeds 3 tsp
Dry Red Chilli 2 Nos
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - Pinch
To Temper:
Gingelly Oil 2tbs
Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seeds Pinch
Dry Red Chilli 2 Nos
Curry Leaves
Grinded Rasam Masala
Tomatoes 3 Nos
Tamarind 1 lemon size soaked in 250ml water
Boiled Moong Dal 1 tbs
Coriander Leaves
Water 4 Glasses
Salt 1 ½ tsp
