My car(Kia picanto 1.2 manual 2016) got noise coming from engine after doing the service of changing oil, oil filter and plugs...Later on I have changed oil pump and water pump but still nothing change.

The car takes 5w 30w oil. But there's different types c2, 3,4 etc. Does that really matter as long as its 5w 30w.
