I love both playing tabletop games as well as the building as painting. I also enjoy the making of terrain, etc. I really don't like playing the competitive side of things, just running into too many people that just play to win at all costs is not fun. I have played in some tournaments, and I also like to go to large events like AdeptiCon. Just hanging around with a large group of people that enjoy the hobby like I do is fun.
I've never played Legion in local event, but I've played other game systems at the local game event level and some larger regional tournaments. Getting to see everyone's creativity, passion for the Hobby, and skill on display is so much fun. Great video, and I like the joke about history being the Lore for historical games!
I really enjoy the painting and lore side of most wargames I play particularly due to being in northern Canada where they’re not a very big wargaming community so not a whole lot of games to be had
I got really lucky, I randomly moved to an area with a very small but busy FLGS that has clubs for almost every type of game. I do still enjoy the painting the most
@@WargamerofalltradesI got my brother into most of the wargames I played and we travel down south for tournaments a few times a year so I still get in a bit of gaming

Nice! I'm playing it for the first time in a local event next month and really looking forward to it!
