Agar aap mote ho to bhi problem hai or mote nahi ho to bhi problem hai... Bus aap jese bhi ho.. Make your own confidence.. Or haa jab koi tumse tumko change karne ke liye bole na yah tumhe koi kami btaye na... Unko confidencly ek aise reply dedo ki dubara kuch bol bhi na paaye... That's what I do nowadays 🙃

It made remind when I was just 13 and told my friend just in joke like uk jaise doston ke bichh chalte rehti kee bro mai tujhse bhi moti ho gyi hun and she took that so seriously that from the other day she told all other friends of our group that I was body shaming her and therefore they started maintaining a distance with me and therefore our friendship broke.even I'm also fat i accept that but I think if someone says you fat then doesn't mean everytime they use the word "fat"means to bodyshame you sometimes it can be your friends and you should take those lightly...
