    How do you add variables and personalize message per each customer like their name their car ect

      each message template throughout OrbisX will have variables underneath or beside the text box and you can use these in the templates to autopopulate data for each customer as it sends out the message. Variables differ for each template and there are some common ones also such as your business info etc. For example the variable [CONTACT] will be replaced by the customer's name.
