මට janawalin එන්නේ කිවුව. දැන් 71k.stenting කරලා තියෙන්නේ. අවූරුදු 2k වෙනවා. ජනවාරි සිට HBP දිගටම ඉහල අගයක් තියෙනවා. Dinakපැය 3k තුල මාව දෙපාරක් සිහි නැතිව ගියා. ඉන් පසු මට Cilarcar10 දීලා තියෙනවා. ඒත් Presser අඩු වෙන්නේ නෑ. ආහාර මුළුමනින්ම පාලනය කරනවා. බර 42kg .මගේ Cardiologist කියනවා. කරන්න දෙයක් නැහැ ලු. සමහර විට වයස නිසා නොසලකා හරිනවා කියලා හිතෙනවා. අපිට ඔබ තුමා channel කරන්න අමාරුයි නේ .මට වෙන බෝ නොවන කිසිම රෝග යක් නෑ.
Ps.Statins have adverse effects.too
