I didn't know that. And am old enough to have. But I don't doubt it. Trump is so full of shit, he doesn't need all that bronzer. Of course his stance is political, now. He's a conman. Conmen use everything, to get what they want and need.
What's funny is. He ran as a, " non politician". Yet in fact. He's more of a politician than most politicians. He says exactly what his voters want to hear. And adjusts his rhetoric to meet the audience at each event. To me, that sure as hell sounds like a politician. Promise everyone, everything. This is why many Democrats are mad at Joe Biden. Because he's NOT, being a politician. He's telling people, sometimes you have to compromise. And they don't want to hear that.
