They plan to start making all electric cars by 2035. If it will happen I don't know, the biggest opstacle is there isn't as many charging stations as regular gas stations. There also needs to be standard for all electric cars so you don't have to use different charging connectors and charging stations. Only Teslas can use the Tesla charging network.
