    Mike …thanks for addressing the low pull hook issue with getting the club out in front of you. I went from “pull the handle lag-shanks” to “turning the toe down pull hooks” and now hope to find the middle ground with the L to L drills. Your momentum swing concept has done wonders for my game. Any other drills on leading with the “heal” and then releasing hard without hooking would be greatly appreciated. Bought your “Feel your Pain” e-book…..it’s wonderful.

      【材料】(可做4个)
      低粉110克,鸡蛋2个,牛奶60克,白糖30克,泡打粉4克,黄油40克,香草粉2-3克(葡萄干,果仁随机搭配)。
      【步骤】
      1.将材料备齐。
      2.黄油(食用油也即可)加热融化。
      3.将牛奶,白糖、鸡蛋与黄油混合。
      4.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀
      5.低粉和泡打粉、香草粉混合均匀,过筛筛入蛋奶液中。
      6.用刮刀切拌均匀。成为华夫饼面糊。
      7.华夫饼模具预热后涂上植物油,将面糊倒入模具内。
      8.合并模具。
      9.口上锁扣(手柄最下端)。开中小火。
      10.烤完一面再翻面,每面大约烤1-2分钟左右,共计3-4分钟左右即可。中间会听到“嘶嘶”的响声和膨大的感觉,接着会有热气从中间冒出来,然后逐渐变小。直到几乎没有声音和热气的时候,可掀开开看一下颜色。
      11.健康美味的华夫饼出炉了。
      12.稍作加工即可更加美食美色!
      挤上一点炼乳和巧克力酱,切上几块苹果和香蕉,再煮上一杯香浓的咖啡,暖暖的冬日阳光下,谁说这不是最迷人的下午茶!

      +garryw1159 Try new video on pivoting and controlling momentum. The hands and hips don't move into the ball. If you move closer to the ball on the downswing, the shaft comes into play -- causing shanks.

      +garryw1159 your probably spinning out your ribcage "holding" the lag - keeping the left forearm pronated until the shaft gets parallel to the ground and then you flip your hands through instead of turning the body (which is impossible because you did not work the club out in front of your ribcage on the way down)

      Only way to shank is hands get closer to ball on downswing when they were on backswing. Can be many things such as right hip invading the space on downswing so try right foot back drill with heel and toe of right foot on ground and back to point where right toe is about equal to center of left foot. Made sure hands feel like they are feeling like you are brushing close to legs on downswing and make sure you start tipping the club out in front of your hands from the very top of the backswing as you start down. Don't pull the club even an inch if you have not started rotating your left arm. An easy way to know you are rotating is by looking at the counterclockwise rotation of your left thumb as the swing starts down.
