Cherish your love. Strife is a belly cut but we still live. It hurts. We pain. Be heartache and strife. When we are well, we strive to God and keep walking to God following his mighty light. He is power. He is beautiful and entirely love. When I fall in the dirt up the mountain, he comes back to pick me up. At least my garnet remains white. He is so kind. Ask Jesus into your heart as your Lord and saviour. He is grace and he is recognized by God. So will you be. He will be your Fathet and Christ your eyes of comfort. Your spirit shall become a new creation with God. His words shall be written in you. He will remember his sons name. He recognizes him. In heaven and earth, God is well. Immediately He is your protection and the world may pass away but with him you will not. Ask God into your heart today.

The Northern region didn’t want to fight with the southern region so they threw the head of that guy over the wall to Joab.
Those mighty man reminds me of missionaries who risk their lives going to tribes, of Open Door's workers crossing borders to bring bibles and other provisions to the people persecuted.
2 Samuel 23 indicates the 3 mighty men are Josheb-basshebeth, Eleazar the son of Dodo, and Shammah, the son of Agee the Hararite. Yeah, some of these guys put John Wick to shame! God bless.

The three men unknown or not said in the story makes me think of spirit of holy trinity on behalf of David, i.e water story
