I am a sucker for meteor dials. This watch is like a cross between a sports and dress watch. The price is right and the day night thing at the bottom seals the deal for me. I always worry when you go outside that you will be set upon by a roaming band of delinquent wallabies or something. Great review James!
Interesting review 👍. The dial looks great, particularly in the sun, and I like the bracelet, but I agree the case looks a bit thick and slab sided. Personally I would prefer thinner indices and case to take advantage of the slim movement and go full dress style, but they would probably sell a lot less watches.
I also picked up this watch. I'm happy with it, especially for the price, but I would say for anyone who is considering purchasing this even though I think the Breguet style Minute & Second Hands are more attractive they are so unbelievably thin that they basically disappear into that 'Widmanstatten' pattern of the meteorite dial making actually reading the time VERY difficult EVEN in broad daylight but at night or in the dark it's basically impossible unless you're willing to look ridiculous by holding it 5cm away from your face. However if you go for the Sword style hands, the type in this video, then it looks like you'll be fine. Only other complaint is that whilst the bracelet does suit the overall design of the watch nicely it is as cheap and flimsy feeling as it gets. Like Chinatown Market Stall levels of cheap. Luckily though the watch goes well with a leather strap so it's not a big deal and with 20mm lugs it's easy to buy bracelet/straps for.
So many details. It feels very thought out and it all comes together so well.

Very cool. Always enjoy learning about new watches. It’s a bit thick and hair expensive but a terrific watch nonetheless. Thanks!

Good review James 👌🏻nice watch, beautiful
Thank you. There is a lot to like about this one.
That’s a really nice looking dial. Are the hour markers hanging over a recessed dial or did the angle of the shot make it look that way? Thanks James.
Hello there, the indices themselves do not have contact with the dial directly, we designed it on purpose to make them like hanging over the dial.
@@seltenwatch Fantastic - I really like the floating effect.
Looks like Selten answered that one for me.
