Cadlink should print colors and white for dtf is by default in the software, verify your properties.

Great video thanks! I have a converted ET-8550 and I'm using Cadlink. Every time I print it either only prints a 1/2 inch wide stripe in the middle or on the right side of the image. Have you run into this before?

My printer is a 24” & is a Kingdom printer
Lower the white % and very detail design do them in Halftone.
Maybe you are using a compatible driver, but not the printer since we did not have 24" inches before.
How do you do an all White design? I my white prints a grayish color. I wonder if the substrate color is the problem? I created my design in Canva and my settings are correct according to your video. I appreciate your help
Thanks for the video. I followed to a tee. I installed chipless software and ink cartridge's. Then I installed cad link for my rip software. Something is off it either printer a little red and nothing else or nothing at all. Any ideas on what I might try? I tried several prink head nozzle checks. I did a couple print head cleaning, I took the ink cartridge's out and cleaned the undersides and ran a paper towel under the print head still nothing.....

I think not, their dualhead printers only usb USB cable and Cadlink use ethernet ip port to connect to dual heads.

Yes, Cadlink have more features. Cadlink can work on Win 10 and 11.

Hi, can you use this software on an iMac M1 chip running windows through parallels?
For Mac you need to get Parallels to run a virtual windows and from that windows run the rip software. So basically Mac user needs to invest in 2 software. We sell both kingdomdtf.com/collections/software

IDK if you went over the possibility of changing or setting the color ink channels, like turning off on the ones you don't want to use.
Yes you can turn off any channel. For sample if you turn off cmyk channel then you will be printing only white.
Is this software compatible with the Grando 24” DTF (Chinese)Printer?

The desktop edition is for the epson printers. They may have or working on 1 for the big printers, for that I need to ask them.

Hi, thank you for an excellent video. My Digital factory shows darkish brown when importing a black graphic, not black, so prints darkish brown. How can I change this to Black? Seems simple enough but I can't get it. would appreciate ay help, thanks.
If you print comes out brown or black? Could be something wrong with settings, for that need Cadlink support if is a software error.
For darker black. Go to job color replacement make CMY 100% and K 50% and should print out black. Worked for me

Yes I have seen the design move when click print, but the print results is in the center. I think is something with the software, an eventually will be fixed.

I have not try that model, you can download a trial and test.
New with dtf. Downloaded CADlink free trial software and when I hit print it will print blank no ink.
You need to choose the correct printer that you want to use, make sure your ink tank is open, do nozzle check and see if all lines are good.
Tried the demo but only prints two thirds then stops. what did I set wrong?

Both you can knock out black and use the black shirt as the background. If you talking to remove the background then use photoshop or this website www.remove.bg/
Digital factory 10 handles transparency better.

No, only windows pc. Now, I have customer that they are using a virtual windows on their mac and running the software with no problems.

You need to fill the cartridges with the color order, each printer have a different order. If this order is not follow then the design will be printing bad.

Nothing for the T series that I know. You can ask CADlink if they planning something because I know they have the software for sublimation too.

File doesn’t have setup application, just a setup icon
I think is a zip file that you unpack and the software install trial.

Hello, I donwload the trial version the first days of march I tested and all was working fine, I download again the software in another computer this week to complete the testing process and prints different, I already check my nozzle and is ok and if I print in acrorip all works fine, do you know i there is some update that is causing this issue? thnx
I know they update the software, not sure if that the issue. But you can contact cadlink if you need direct support.
I have a converted Epson ET 8550 printer and I have had nothing but problems with this RIP software. Repeated paper jams and other issues only happen when printing from this Rip software.😪
a trick, Put masking tape on the sensor of the printer, it will help grab the films better. Other problems you have since we do not know them we can not recommend.

Yes, that don't change since is the same printer, but I think that is automatic done when you choose the printer you are using. I did not change any of that.
just download the cadink trail and im using it on a p600. how come when it print its not printing the white on top?
wrong white channel settings ?
You need to check the settings of the colors, but once install the correct printer it should be set, if not set the order of the ink channels.
