Hi. I have Epson XP 15000 printer.
My problem is that its not printing out the picture from the program. Could you pls make a full video from the strt to the final print? ❤
My under base is not printing at all. My setting are pretty much like yours and nothing. I have 5 more days on my trial and I am trying to figure this out before I pull the trigger. Any thing different between the trial and full version

I believe this was due to it being the trial version. I remember watching a video on that.
I have an Epson 8550 with cadlink software. I can not get the white to print over my colors. What do I need to do?
I would try reloading the drivers for that printer in CADLink

Hello there . ım using cadlink. When I press all black and colored t-shirts( print mode is for black garment max white ) , the color of whites and all other colors changes. turns blue. darkening. but when I print on a white t-shirt, there is no problem. I just bought my machine and have been using it for 2 days. I have never been able to print on a black t-shirt. Do you have any experience as to why? I think it's from paint. what do you think?
My guess is the color profile is off on the black garment print mode...try increasing your white ink amount in the "color adjust" without changing the profile.
I’m getting lines on my white Iines only on the under base? Any idea why?
it's hard to tell without seeing a photo but there is a really good chance you have banding. How do you align the white properly, my white keeps poking out at the bottom only
sounds like your white and cmyk head need to be aligned properly. If you are printing on a single head machine your film feed adjustment may be off.
hi I'm not seeing the white layer that's on back of he dtf sheet when it prints I used to see it but I think I messed up the settings on cadlink what seetongs do I go to to fix the problem and start seeing the white back layer again
You'll want to go to Queue then Queue Properties and then in the Layer processing you'll find the underbase settings...if that is setup to print your white underbase it is possible your print head has a clog or issue in the white channels.

@@DTFSuperstore I have one more question when im printing prints fine the 95 percent but at end of paper when it's about to exit out of rollers paper just stays there and print head keep printing over and over on that end of page so it smugges the end of page do you know why
its a brand new printer so I don't think it's the rollers

So I have a picture that I’m printing and it’s semi transparent. Would I need to have that box checked in order for it to look transparent ?
You can't really do semi-transparent as there always has to be some white behind the image so the adhesive powder will stick to it. The technique used most often for fades to transparency is halftone but it is definitely not the same thing as semi transparent.

So im very new to dtf printing and im trying to understand how to get white to print in the shape of my image. Do you run the color print again just as white? please help 🙏🏾
some RIP softwares like Digital Factory 11 will automatically create the white layer. Others you have to create a white layer in photoshop or illustrator but it depends on the RIP Software exactly how you do that.
@DTFSuperstore ok, I have cadlink so it's not my rip software it's other issues then?
@@TonyThaCeo make sure you are using PNG's or PDF's with transparency. In my opinion PNG is best.

Hello I have an xp15000 no matter what settings I play with or what image I use it will not print a white base undertone. Can someone please help me?

Check your brightness setting in the "Color Adjust"
0% under black
You need some white under the black for the adhesive powder to stick to, otherwise the black may not stick to the garment and will surely not be durable over time.
@@DTFSuperstore Nope been printing for 3 years now don't have white under black picks up powder and adheres perfectly. Using a first gen Audley 24 inch printer. Also prints faster than most of these new printers in uni directional printing 6 pass
@@nathanmoreau1063 how does that work though? if you do the sublimation dtf hack without white on dark garments, the print doesnt come out good because the garmet can be seen through the image. If you add white, the image is not so transparent. Can you give more insight?
@@gilbertlopez7502 why would you be doing a sublimation DTF hack and worry about underbase that hack is only for white or light colored garments
@@nathanmoreau1063I was comparing it to having no underbase. Thats why we convert our printers to dtf or have a dtf printer. To get the white underbase. Do you have any videos of printing with no underbase on a dark colored shirt? - I'd like to see the outcome.
