    Thank you for adding the spreadsheet for comparison, VERY helpful. I have two illustrations currently and once I have gone through most of your videos I plan on submitting my information to you before making a final decision. Your content has been very educational.

    Hi Sue, been a while, I got a policu through you, and I am very satisfied. I think unfortunately its true many agents are hiding the truth from clients just to make a sale, wether that be intentional (thinking commisions) or unintential, when they cannot see the future of the policy.
    But thanks for this video. by the way I just got my license. Hoping to create a more honest market for agents.

    By doing a reduced commission blended DB design utilizing the term rider you can greatly lower the surrender charges and the Policy Issue Charge (Securian for the first 10 years) or the Per Unit Charge (Allianz for the 1st 15 years or to age 32 for juveniles). Securian allows a 4 to 1 blend with a minimum base DB of 100k and Allianz allows a 10 to 1 blend (ages 18-50 and a 5 to 1 blend outside of those ages) with a minimum base DB of 100k. Since an IUL chassis is based on Annual Renewable Term, using the term rider does not change the overall COI as compared to not using the term rider for the same amount of DB. However, there is no agents commission for any term rider insurance as the agents commission is just based on the base DB amount and it’s the agents commission that mainly determines the surrender charges and Policy Issue Charge (Securian) or the Per Unit Charge (Allianz). So the maximally efficient design you can do is with a DB of 1.1 million (100k base and 1 million term rider) for Allianz or 500k (100k base with 400k term rider) for Securian or any multiples of those ratios with the associated MEC space that those DB’s allow which produces by far the lowest cost and commission design which is best for your clients and their cash value policy growth. James Barber explains what I just tried to outline above really well in this video: ruclips.net/video/DAMtMt7bb4s/видео.htmlsi=GledsPxDqW2x5lzW

      @@Seccheus I saw your video with Chris Kirkpatrick and you should really consult with James Barber of Oregon Cash Flow Pro who’s my agent whom I’ve now purchased optimally designed IUL’s from both Allianz and Securian. James specializes in low commission designs and he sells both WL and IUL and he’s super knowledgeable and trustworthy about the pros and cons of both. Kirkpatrick is so biased against IUL that I don’t think he can honestly discuss their pros at all.

    Do you have any review for North American Builder Plus IUL 3?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  3 месяца назад

      My thoughts on North American Builder Plus IUL -- Fidelity NFY index is the only decent index choice and it is a volatility control index that is rebalanced annually. My choice is always an index rebalanced daily. The participation rate is only guaranteed at 35% instead of 100%.

    Do you have a recommendation for 65 year old on where to put money to insure wealth with inflation and volatile stock market

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  4 месяца назад

      I don't normally recommend an IUL for people over 65, but it just really depends on what you are looking to accomplish. You need to contribute for at least 7 years. If you cannot contribute for 7 years or if you have health issues, I would recommend an annuity.

  • @gilbee715
    @gilbee715 Год назад +3

    Allianz allows you to blend up to 10x the base premium. In all your videos, you never talk about blending term insurance because it reduces the commission. You cannot talk about properly designed IUL policy without talking about blending term insurance

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад +2

      It is way cheaper to buy term insurance on its own. Securian's term insurance is more expensive because includes the accelerated death benefit for chronic illness and is also convertible to permanent insurance.

    • @WealthProtectionLady

      Tell them you want the lowest death benefit the IRS will allow. Unfortunately, I have heard stories that even after asking, they will tell you that it is the lowest when it is absolutely not.

    Hi sue! I love your videos.. Unfortunately I started an Iul before following you. Have been in it for over a year now. It’s through wfg Transamerica. What do you think? Can I lower my death benefit or switch with someone who I think is a better agent.. maybe yourself? I have a feeling I got jipped. I have a little over a million dollar death benefit and I have no children. Could have possibly lowered it first and increased every year as u mentioned but I did not know about this in advance. I filled out your application and would love to talk to u!

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  7 месяцев назад

      I'm so sorry you were jipped. Call Transamerica -- not the agent -- and ask them to lower your initial death benefit as much as they can. They will probably only allow you to lower it 25% per year.

    What do you think of National LIfe's IUL ?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад +1

      It depends on what index you are invested in. If you think your IUL initial death is too high, you can always call NLG and ask them to lower it. They'll probably only allow you to lower it by 25% per year. You can also switch indexes.

    So, you pick and choose which questions to respond to. When you have an insightful question that threatens to expose an error in your presentation, rather than respond to it and acknowledge your error, you simply delete the question. I asked a question about what you said about distributions that suggest that withdrawals and policy loans do not reduce the death balance in the end. You suggested that a client could take out the account value and still have his/her beneficiary get paid the death benefit in full after the insured passes away. That question was deleted. I wonder why?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  8 месяцев назад +1

      I am not sure what you are referring to -- the video or did you ask a question in the video comments or what? I can only tell you that I would never suggest that policy loans do not reduce the death benefit, they certainly can. In the illustration, the maximum illustrated rate is only 5.22% so once you begin taking an income from the policy, you are buying down the surrender value and death benefit; however, the S&P PRISM index's average annual return since its inception in 2018 of 17.04%, so if the illustration were based on how the index actually performs, the surrender and death benefit would continue to grow.
