Already bought the Beauty Bay Botanical palette. Gives me ABH Fall Romance vibes. Which I don't have & as you said, can't beat the price. 20 shades for $22! 😘

I was hoping the Adept palette would be slightly more peachy, but I like most of the shades.
And I really like the cover... which wouldn't be a big deal normally, but a few days ago I realized Adept and ER have the same pan sizes!!! I took out my Heather Austin shades from that Adept case and curated a cooltone color story from my ER Cold Moon and Harvest Moon.
Glad Clionagh showed those swatches w/o the cases. Bc the color stories all looked kinda the same w their cases.
I love that you said that about the Ensley Reign pan sizes! I do not always love the mattes Adept chooses so I can use my Harvest Moon mattes!
I haven't been purchasing much makeup at all. I may check out some of the Sydney Grace perfumes during their sale. You look so pretty btw ❤❤❤

Hi Cara! Now see. The argument for Clionadh was always “Well multichrome pigments are expensive.” But those are half mattes. Those better be the best performing eyeshadows to have ever eyeshadowed for $80 plus shipping for 12 shades.
You are so right! That was always the argument! The more I think about it I should wait until Black Friday if I want these!
@@BeautyAndTheFrizz Yeah. I don’t mean to tell you what to do. The cost they chose was really just surprising to me. I guess maybe I’m just used to Lethal and Unearthly and even MBA and Sydney Grace- fun products, good quality, and while not necessarily inexpensive, it just feels like they understand that they need to care about customers.
I bought the Clionadh Oceano palette. Even with a discount code, it's over $90! But I really love Clionadh and that color story looks gorgeous so...hopefully will get good use . I love Adept as well, but the new palette didn't get me as excited.
Good to know about that palette and the price. It's the one I'm most drawn to but I have other palettes on my wishlist that I'm wanting more that it. So pass for now.

Makeup is boring this summer. I like the Chucky x Glamlite. It’s a nice contrast to the first drop. I will pick up a bit of the collection next glamlite sale. Adept is cute, first time I’ve liked their matte selection (other than the Amy collab)

Hi Cara - Adept cosmetics has me in a chokehold! The 1000 years and Peace mixed together will give us a lighter purple! I’m buying it at launch. I’ve got the code for launch. Adept is amazing! Clindoah palettes have way too much blue, thank goodness! I don’t need to buy anything else. lol The Cosmic Brushes (Beauty) palettes are really nice, BTW! Not sure if you picked those up.

The Adept palette is quite pinky in the swatches even though the palette doesn't look like it.

The alcohol is extremely high in some scents so it can cause issues with your Skin I find that on my lower arms I get irritated so I just overspray everywhere else.

I actually skipped on the Cliondah eyeshadow palettes and everything else, the only palette I will be buying is the Adept eyeshadow palette, and I use adept all the time. Unless it is Natasha Denona, Ensley Reign, or adept it is a pass.
I cannot believe that I skipped! But I feel good about it!
When I think of Glamlite, I think of Huda Beauty. I've had neutral palettes from both brand's on my daily use basket for months now, and I'm starting to feel like Huda 's eyeshadows are not worth the price. Chocolate Martini was under $20 and Empowered Was $65-70... the pigmentation is very similar if not the same. And the "Shimmers' in Hudas palette are those special occasion type textures, or chunky, putty type shimmers that are hard to use with brushes.. I think...I may never buy another large Huda palette again.
Her smaller palettes? Maybe because I expect the colors to look good on tan skin, even if the quality is not what I want it to be.
Great point! Glamlite has an excellent formula and their prices are great! I need to compare the two formulas!
All I ever Wanted looks interesting but I think it will be a bunch of special occasion eyeshadows, and I'm not into that anymore. I'm curious about the SG fragrances though.
I agree with you and I have the original! My eyeshadow style has changed so much!
Still holding strong for No Buy July. Maybe that's because I still have a couple of June purchases that have yet to arrive. 😂 Not going to lie, though, I really want to try that Flawless Filter in a Stick shit from Charlotte and those Lisa Eldridge lip balms.
The only eyeshadows I've been using in this nasty weather are Urban Decay Moondust shades and Lisa Eldridge's Liquid Lurex in Bianca. Both are just easy and the Liquid Lurex wears like iron for me. Also having awesome luck with Kulfi's eyeliner in this weather. Does not budge, at least not in the bronze and berry shades.
Oooooh I hope your items come soon! Also I’m glad you found some makeup that is working for you right now! Thank you for mentioning the Lisa Eldridge liquid eyeshadows. I have a couple and I’m going to pull them out! They really don’t move!
I'm looking forward to getting the Adept and also the new palette from Beauty Bay. A lot of things just look repetitive and aren't exciting to me so I think I'm going to go on a no buy! I'm still waiting on a lip gloss from unearthly and I've reached out to them twice and each time they said they would look into my order and I still haven't received my product or heard anything from them, so I'm not purchasing anything else from them unfortunately!
I need to be on a no but for the same reason! My adept palette arrived yesterday so I will be working on this for this week!
