It may sound like I'm exaggerating, but that first Victorian mansion is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen. the same feeling when I visited Winchester's. I'm not very superstitious, So count me in for that one if the area is somewhat nice.

You forgot the Bellaire house ... cost:$1. The person did not have a home and did not have any other optaion but to buy it.. they bought it and want to sell it for $1 because of its paranormal activities.. they eventually moved out but the house was still owned by them so they offered such a price for it. That house is also regarded as one of the most haunted house in the US.

I once lived in a more than a century old house and every night I would always feel tugging on my leg, like someone wanted my attention. This happened around midnight so it creeped me out. Of course no one believed me though.
