@@MatandChelsReact I sit and wait to see how long it takes someone to notice Floor growling. Probably 50% need to be told afterwards, so don't worry. Even The Nightwish Army aren't sure who's growling in the middle of Greatest Show on Earth - my suspicion is Floor, Marko, and Troy are all doing it these days, but it appears to vary by concert (it's very hard to tell)
@@MatandChelsReact There's a song on their new album, Tribal - until yesterday, I thought Marko was doing the raspy vocals! Good headphones are your friend (I have Bose). 😉

@@Meine.Postma but this is not Jinjer and she isn't Tatiana. They have heard Floor singing many times, she has operatic background and this is a first song they are reacting where she properly growls.
To be completely honest, I had no idea that was her. I thought it was him doing the growling and her doing the singing. I had to watch it again to catch that. I can see how us missing her versatility could be annoying. I wish we had picked up on that the first time through but Nightwish has a way of mesmerizing you when you watch them perform. - Mat

btw. Nightwish just released a new Live Version from Mexico; in my opinion the best version of 'Yours is an Empty Hope'; and Floor is just amazing; you can hear and watch her growling much better; so much energy. Wembley is still good !!💥💥💥
Markos gritty cleans and Floor's growls are epic and absolutely perfect blending on their musical magic wizardry it's just insane and it gives me the chills and Floor literally has the voice of an angel warrior goddess siren it completely draws you in and never lets you go and you want to hear more
You guys might also like their show opener song at Wembley, "Shudder before the Beautiful".
This really woke up the Crowd, literally. And there is quite catchy back and forth riff between key board and guitar.

@@MatandChelsReact What!!!!!? I'm so old we had shellac 12" records that went round at 78rpm, the telephone had no dial, you waited for the operator to answer and our number was 4, yes just 4. Kodak Brownies were self-loaded with B&W 127 film which you developed yourself in the dark of the cupboard under the stairs and printed it on contact paper in a frame pointed at the sun.

Greetings from Finland & thanks for yet another reaction to Nightwish. They released yet another official live performance of this song at Mexico City in 2015 just last week. I cannot help but wonder if Tuomas taking a drink from his wine bottle before the song starts was the reason why they didn't release it years earlier.
P.S. This song is about all those cowards hiding behind pseudonyms & leaving nasty, hateful or otherwise distasteful comments on social media:

the DVD version nightwish just released from Mexico city is awesome.
In the live version in Mexico the floor growl is heard clearer, the first time I heard this song live I also did not hear very clearly

The opening song at this concert was (SHUDDER BEFORE THE BEAUTIFUL ) really good. Get to see a solo battle between the guitar player and the keyboard player. Really good, and the geiness behind the band is TUOMAS the keyboard player. He writes 90% of their music and lyrics.

This is the heavyest song they got, i think you didn't noticed how Floor does the growls Marco did the clean vocal and yes it is stupid how you can watch back on you're phone what you realy missed live the moment but they have a song about that the song Noise is about "noise" in society social media and all that stuff enjoy en thnx for your reaction
Thank you for watching! We wish we had picked up on Floor's growls but not being used to that with them. We had no idea that was coming from her until after our second watch.

I'd say "Master Passion Greed" is at least as heavy, maybe even heavier.
Get off RUclips, and check out their albums and you'll find plenty of heavier songs. Occasionally Tuomas feels the need to remind us they're a Metal band😉

Floor is the Goddess for the Nightwish army. She does it all...If you'd like to hear some heavier stuff from Floor, then try Disdain of After Forever...
Yea the shorts and boots, one of the best outfits for sure. It was a bit surprising to see you not figured out it was Floor growling, but you are right, sometimes you just miss stuff in the first round with this band. Keep it up!
I always love that reactions miss the fact that the chorus with Marko, he does the more "nice " vocals. Floor does what you you'll call growling. You might expect that from him . But her ... yet another feather in her cap. She definitely proved she is one of the best, most versatile female vocalist around. My opinion. But sure the Army might agree.

At fith of November this year would have been my first nightwish concert........
its no wonder the endless forms most beautiful album is still so popular and it came out by the summer of 2015 sonically conceptually arrangements lyrically the album cover so many layers probably costed them 100k to make it and there was apparently the creative juices and uplifting elements on this album that they were able to make two more albums and have 3 parts conceptually lyrically arrangements its like tuomas said when composing it they knew it was powerful and very inspirational and all three of those albums would touch sooo many folks and look at them now they are one of the most reacted to bands on youtube
Floor's growl goes right to your bone marrow - she's a magnificent beast when fully unleashed!
The whole show is brilliant from beginning to end. The sound mix was terrific.
And a 9/10 for Nightwish is like 11/10 for most bands. We still love ya, Chels. 😘

I know the feeling...got a live recording from the Metallica concert i visited in 2006...what great memories! All the way in the front row, a plectrum from James...but no video sadly. Still listen to it every now and then.
About the phone; i have a 'festival phone'. Totaly worthless...only good for calls en good old sms texting. Best idea ever....no more temptation. Why record it? Everybody else is doing it for me ;)
This is my favorite guitar riff that they have ever done. Not my favorite song, but my favorite riff. It reminds me of Metallica, and that is no surprise, Nightwish is a big fan of Metallica, and has obviously taken inspiration from them. Only other riff that comes close to besting this one for me, is Slaying the Dreamer.

I've dreamt of visiting Dublin and Ireland for years. When I finally got there, I went to the Guinness "Museum" and got to the top to enjoy a pint and the view and the 360 degree perspective offered at the bar was plastered with selfie takers.
I have nothing against selfies but waiting for 2h to get a letter page square to peek outside... nah... drank my pint and went on my way.

There are different versions that are all great...but this is the best as you can clearly see it's Floor growling, not Marko.......not a big fan of growling but this is more in awe than appreciating musical talent as you do whe she sings "clean".........I'll tell from al I've seen, Floor sounds like a wonderful gentle kind person....but if I saw her in those leathers and high heeled boots growling at me down an alleyway.........I would not be stopping trying to throw game at a pretty lady. ...I'd think about though while I was running.
