Recently my college advisor told me that I’m an old soul. I recommend adding whole wheat flour for half of the flour mixture for your sourdough starter. This does make the fermentation process go faster and will make the starter very fluffy !! Let me know if it works :) And for the recipe, I looove the recipe from Claire saffitz. Worked out really well
