As a Greek guy i have to say that the American culture has affected us too. To be honest what you describe , your everyday life , how girls are thinking and interacting is the same here. Its called "the west" or as i call it "The American empire". We are part of it. Dont think because you met a woman that impressed you that in an other country things are different. Maybe in China, Japan, Egypt and the Arabian world things are, but everything is directly affected by America. In Greece we have a calling "Everything that happens in America, it comes here after 4-5 years" and its true. For example trap music now is number one in Greece( our culture and music are at the opposite direction from what trap is music is promoting), feminism , even gender reveal! You now see gender reveals to the most hidden village in Greece where they didn't had internet 15 years ago, lol.
As a guy from Poland I can pretty much relate to that. However my country is divided into east and west Europe so western culture affects us but we still try to hold in our tradition. That's also a reason why Polish people don't like being called eastern or western Europeans, we much prefer to be central Europeans. America and Western Europe still affect us and it's hard to escape that. Even though Eastern Europe is not necessarily like Jack says it is. Not everyone socializes. Yeah, I used to have no energy but not anymore. I was always physically active but never got that energy until I started running, which is interesting, and the other major thing was socializing, even as someone who used to be more introverted. I can’t stand staying home anymore, or consuming too much content on my phone. I'm Polish but have lived in the US for most of my life. Lots of Eastern Europeans live here as well and retain the same values, women included. One of the main differences is that even though they are among the materialist American culture, they are fine or at least very tolerant of apartment and simple living. Many who could easily afford houses still live in smaller places because the "Keeping Up With the Jones" mentality wasn't practical in Soviet and Post-Soviet Europe and the style is still dominant in the current generation. I wasn't raised super religious, but Poles and others around us are definitely less part of "hook up culture" not out of prudeness or religiousity, but tactful respect. It's hard to explain but the video talks about it this aspect pretty accurately.

When I was young my number one line was like don't I know you from somewhere , usually worked lol . This guy said to me one day bro you will always have women because you're a funny guy . Yeah, I used to have no energy but not anymore. I was always physically active but never got that energy until I started running, which is interesting, and the other major thing was socializing, even as someone who used to be more introverted.
I can’t stand staying home anymore, or consuming too much content on my phone. I need to feel like I’m connected to others in the real world, and I love the potential to meet up with friends or meet new people. So it’s socializing that has got me motivated, all the people I might meet and new things I might experience. But I guess the broader idea is just that staying busy is better for you.

I'm Polish but have lived in the US for most of my life. Lots of Eastern Europeans live here as well and retain the same values, women included.
One of the main differences is that even though they are among the materialist American culture, they are fine or at least very tolerant of apartment and simple living. Many who could easily afford houses still live in smaller places because the "Keeping Up With the Jones" mentality wasn't practical in Soviet and Post-Soviet Europe and the style is still dominant in the current generation.
I wasn't raised super religious, but Poles and others around us are definitely less part of "hook up culture" not out of prudeness or religiousity, but tactful respect. It's hard to explain but the video talks about it this aspect pretty accurately.
