      I had issues ‘going’ until a friend gave me the following tip:
      As soon as you wake up mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed (I use Spectrum brand, cold milled, organic, with Omega 3’s) to a cup of warm water. (Just a bit warm)
      mix with a spoon although it won’t dissolve. Drink and keep mixing until you finish the cup. Don’t eat anything else for like 20 minutes and you’ll go!!!! It has been working for me and I’m so happy! But I have also incorporated more fruits and veggies lately plus a good probiotic. But I think the ground flaxseed is doing the trick to be honest!!!! Good luck to anyone who may need this😘

    • @staceykersting705
      @staceykersting705 3 года назад

      @Neha Kudalkar Yeah, that's called net carbs. As you may know, subtract fiber carbs from total carbs leaves u with net carbs. Still leaves tons of glucose in most fruits. Glucose is the sugar that is most damaging to the liver. Best to stick with berries., the least 'sugary' fruit. Dig a little deeper. You'll get it. Wisdom has nothing to do with this, and you are unwise to label information as such.

      @Neha Kudalkar Cool! I'm not Keto, I just don't go crazy on most fruits, or esp on sugar. I eat a huge mixing bowl of salad with avocado and maybe tomatoes or chick peas most days. never liked raw broccoli. Still love cole slaw. I consume plenty of kombucha and other sources of probiotics. What really bloats me is wheat. I can do a few crackers, but not a bunch. I went avo-vore for 2 dys and my decades old chronic back pain disappeared! Added things back slowly to see what was inflammatory for ME. Everyone's different, but I learned a ton about what works for me.

Raw vegetables are widely recognized for causing bloating and sugary juices too. I think everything she says is very reasonable. I also make my smoothies, I am very careful with dairy, but still enjoy milk and cheese now and then in small portions. I agree...OR learn to ferment those veggies because then they HELP your digestion and are pre-digested for you by the healthy bacteria. Fermenting is EASY to do. It's cheap to make and adds a great flavor (like a vinegar tasting) condiment to bland foods like brown rice.

      The reason why American are more pron to lactose intolerance is because of the milk found there ,has A1 milk which in long run can make you intolerance but I have heard that they are now selling A2 milk too so you can look for that (if you are American) and also make sure you're not consuming adulterated milk either.

    I like these videos, so helpful! I have a thyroid problem. I lost 40 lbs vegan. Then gained 20 back over the last year, as a result of eating out a lot with a guy I met, and drinking. Never drank much before. So I need to turn this back around, and find a balance. I consistently walk or jog 3-6 miles a day, but I like food. Its been very tough.

      Jenna Tyer Ahhh!! ☹️I would definitely take everything you hear on RUclips with a grain of salt. If you are making a salad, you are definitely doing the right thing. “Don’t eat raw veggies” ??? Sadly, its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I think a lot of people that struggle with digesting raw, cruciferous veggies and experience bloating, it’s probably because they are not used to eating that much fiber. People can struggle with bloating when they first start eating plant based because normally they are coming from a standard American diet with very little fiber, but your body adjusts. Veggies in any form are good for you. If you are watching a channel and your take away is to feel bad about eating veggies/ salad, then perhaps watch it for entertainment value and nothing more. 😘

And in 80 days since all this, I've come to despise even the thought of eating a sweet "treat." I'd rather stick the fork in my eye. I've really been studying this subject for years~ I first was on a vegan diet and fasted constantly. Mostly sweet potato, brown rice, cooked veggies, and some processed food like siete chips. I felt so clear mentally, yet my body was lacking nutrients. ~ I incorporated goat cheese and milk, heirloom plants, and bison (if I really needed protein) I'm native and I learned that bison is the only animal that doesn't feel fear, so it isn't in your food. It all really helped me. I was researching a raw food diet today. I was literally only going to eat fruit from now on. So thank you for this 💘

    loved this video!!! but i have to disagree with you about the sugar from fruit. i’ve been studying nutrition in school for many years, and as long as you’re drinking your smoothie with 95 grams of NATURAL sugar in the morning there will never be bloat.
    24 grams of sugar is recommended for processed sugar. not natural... they are different, natural does NOT turn to fat. it turns to complex carbs which our brains need to function 😛

    • @alyssamossa
      @alyssamossa 5 лет назад +3

      Dolly Madeson it doesn’t. people are wildly misinformed about fruit. if you eat fruit in the morning you will absolutely never notice any bloat or weight gain.
      if you eat breakfast, lunch and then fruit for dinner the fruit cannot digest as quickly and it will cause you to bloat since it’s sitting on top of all your other food from the day. THATS why people think fruit turns to sugar and makes them fat.. they just don’t eat it properly.

Own milk, meat, vegetable from a plant with no chemical on it....When I back to a big city where all produce stores sell "kind of Organic" food I'm back to my belly problem. Solid tips. I only drink smoothies at home for the same reason. I want to know what is in mine down to every drop. At home I use coconut water or unsweetened almond milk with frozen bananas, spinach, frozen blueberries, cacao, hemp seeds, flax seeds, green super food detox & digest, amla powder, maca powder, cinnamon and a few apricot seeds. Sometimes I add in frozen strawberries or substitute one fruit for another. It's a meal not a snack.
    Veggies lightly steamed is best for getting in your veggies without all the gas and bloating.
    Dairy based yogurts should be off the table. All my puffiness came from eating my yogurt every morning thinking I was doing myself a favor. Get your probiotics from supplements or sauerkraut or kombucha
    Ezekiel bread is a sprouted grain bread and a good alternative to regular bread. Yes, it's gluten but organic and sprouted so easier on the tummy.
    Organic stevia is a good option if you must used sweetener, but giving it up for a week or two will kick you of the habit for sure.
    P.S. You are super gorgeous. :)

    Dairy and gluten sensitivities are linked. The dairy gets processed at the tips of the villi and gluten abrades the villi. And, to get milk you have to have a lactating cow with
    lots of hormones. And, casein is highly addictive. I believe more so than opium. Organic celery juice helps the belly.
