Inventor - How to Create a New Custom Content Center Library

In this video Pete demonstrates how to publish a new custom Content Center library both locally and in Vault. Also, he highlights the library transfer tool, should the need arise to move a library from Vault to local Inventor and vice versa.

Thanks for the great video and easy to understand. I do add custom content from the Inventor vault project file all the time but now I have a problem with 2021 the Inventor project file check out but when I click on the configure content icon I have the list of the library but no icon to add new content. Do you know why ? Thanks

When I click OK to create a new library, I get an error message saying "Unable to create Library: attempt to write a read-only database" Any ideas why?
