beesquestionmark is correct, phil's hair is 'mousy brown' (his words) with an auburn tint in the sun.
he tried to bleach it when he was 12, but it turned orange, so he got called 'carrot top' in school but it wasn't his natural hair colour.

the lore behind my icon is that i went through an obsessive kermit phase (despite not having watched any muppet movies at the time-) and made so much art of him and saved every reaction pic i could find and i think dabbing is just silly so settled on this pic and haven’t changed it since hehe

My RUclips icon is a self portrait I drew on a wood slab for an art show using posca paint markers. Someone called me a delicate flower and it inspired me to draw myself as one! Has been my icon for maybe three years now (I think)
