    Love watching your adventures! 32:38 had me about falling out of my chair laughing 🤣🤣 I have had those moments as well! My grandpa always said the only time we were allowed to cuss was if we were fishing. Thanks for putting in the work to post this content. Good luck and tight lines in the rest of your adventures.

      That particular outing was one of my finest & most memorable….. when new water puts up 5 big ones it’s a good day!! 🤙😁🎣
      Going to hopefully put my outings out on a little more regular basis, been a hot dry summer & works been busy so hopefully I’ll get a little more regularity on my uploads here soon!🤞👍🎣

    Turned alright then eh Dusty 😉 I don’t get why you get so annoyed with a little less footage 1 pic I enough & you have the go pro footage 🤷🏼‍♂️ you’re being too harsh on yourself also when the average size is the 20+ you catch you don’t need so many pics or longer footage just be grateful you even hooking into browns this big 🤦🏼‍♂️😂 almost every fish you catch beats my pb by a long way I’d lop of my right arm to get a chance at hooking into some of those 💯👍🏼 as for that feeling you said about getting worked up & making up words once you’re hooked into a beauty is an amazing feeling like a kid at Christmas 😁 I never tire of it great stuff man take it easy & Tight lines

    You need to mark your rod at 24"

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  Год назад

      I have measurement marks on my net. The basket opening is 19” and then I have 22”, 24” on the handle and the overall length is 26”. But I believe this video was pre-net! 👌

    Awesome job Dusty! Spectacular browns brothers! Just a little tip , when these go pros get hot they start acting up ! I change out the batteries and give it a few minutes rest ! Very frustrating when you loose good footage on some nice takes! Again awesome fights and I really love that creek ! Good work!

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 года назад +1

      Thank you brother! 👌🤙😁 Yeah the one thing I’ve learned is that my second GoPro, the one that I used for all of my after I catch the fish footage, is basically nowhere near the quality of the hero 8 black that I wear while fishing…..the other one is a hero 7 white and it is nowhere near the quality of camera! 🤷‍♂️ I’m wanting to actually get another 8 black specifically for a tripod camera for my up close fish footage after the catch! 👌🤙

    Wow that first one what a specimen. That be my pb great footage.. gotta love those undercuts... theres something special about getting a hog on new wild water. Hard to explain but im sure you get it lol . Do you ever have luck on a long follow.... then you run out of water.. n just let the spinner stop n just have them pick it up off bottom. What a rush !!!

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 года назад

      Yeah man that kind of water is definitely special….. love the undercuts! ❤️ And absolutely a mega rush when those giants follow to your rod tip before finally eating….. had them smoke the streamer a few times like that this year…… so close & then gulp! Nom Noms lol👌😁🤙

    I would just like to know the name of the stream….I’m thinking of fishing cedar run and pine creek I believe it is for the first time……just the name of a nearby creek at least my man lol

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  Год назад

      Lol….. there are big ones in most streams…. They aren’t always easy to catch though…. But from my experience there are definitely big ones in a lot of streams…. You’ve just gotta catch them literally under the right conditions on most occasions! 👌
      So many times they literally won’t feed unless the water has the perfect conditions or at night….. other times you have to persuade them out from their cover & this generally involves precise and accurate casting!👌😁

      I Can almost bet the Farm this is a private owned secluded stream. to many big trout for one area. I live in Pennsylvania all my 64 year's and been all over the State fishing. Never seen the likes of this anywhere unless it's privately owned and stocked., and I've been all over. Remember you can fool some of the people some of the time. But you can't fool all of the people all the time. Enough said.

    Dude, Im a driftless bum (Iowa, SW Wisconsin region) and am in awe of the mega browns you pull out of streams very similar to mine. Very rarely do you see browns of your caliber in streams not connected to one of the great lakes.

      Appreciate it my man…… yeah I strive to locate water like this….. it’s so awesome to locate massive Brown water when you know they’re Streambred & not Lake Run….. makes it So much more challenging & special when you finally find them! 👌🤙😁🎣
