Blames everyone else yet he got gapped 14 seconds by Sainz during the rain and then he made the decision to go onto to the inters as he was about to get passed by Hulk/Stroll, and then goes on like the team ruined his race by boxing him too soon

@@Dark.Valkyrie the final say on tires is always and will always be the driver. The driver feels the grip levels in changing conditions and no simulation is giving you the same result. To flip this one: would you if you were driving a car that can do up to 350kph leave a decision on tires to someone else that only has a computer or do you think you're competent enough if driving such a car that you make this decision yourself?
In the end Charles gets pushed around and he should just reply with a hard no if he doesn't feel grip levels on the current tire are bad enough to warrant a change.

Yeah that's not my point? The point is when it started to rain the gap to sainz was 5 seconds, when he pitted it was 14 seconds? He couldn't keep up the pace in those conditions so even if he stayed out he would've been passed by Hulkenberg and Stroll.

People will say that he didn't have much to lose but he was 7th, it doesn't take much in wet weather to end up on the podium or even win a race just by being near the front. Would have easily been 6th at the end for good point.

Spain GP 🇪🇸 Max had a DRS Issue and they went toe to toe for 20 laps if I am correct.
Brazil GP Sprint🇧🇷 took him 3 goes, but smelt blood and pounced
Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 aka Baku...my favourite George Russell line 😊" I am not just going to let him pass Because he is Max Verstappen in a Redbull " With the Mercedes seemed to be on the rise, he is going to put that line to practice often. 💪🙌👌Can't wait. May the best man win.
I think George and Leclerc don't fear Max because they've raced each other alot during karting. Same with Ocon and Stroll. And if you notice all these drivers have same thing in common....aggressive driving.
Lando didn't race them then only in f2 George and Albon.

You right Cameron all of them needs to cut down mistakes. But it comes with experience both driver and pitwall. GP and Max are strong Team. Charles had his chance between 2019-2022 and ‘He Blew It’ he only really won Spa and Monza consecutively. Oh yeah Monaco, well you only need one lap in your back yard, cause you can’t overtake, and he fluffed that twice from Pole, 3rd time Lucky. Senna came from from 13th in a Toleman in ‘84 won the race, to have it pinch off him because it was so wet, Prost who had pole knew Senna was coming when he was 2nd sand catching Prost with his massive lead, complained to his mate FIAsco boss Jean Marie Balestre So the FIAsco took the result from the lap before Senna took Prost, but they Red Flagged the race the lap after. It was RedFlagged because of the treacherous conditions🌧️💦 That’s the level of skill we’re talking about to be a World Champion. Lewis has 7, Max 4 & Alonso 2 ‘King George’ is next, then little Oscar. Lando doesn’t have what it takes, he was lucky in Miami and should’ve won last 4 races, Charles doesn’t cut the mustered either. And unless Ferrari get Adrian , Ferrari, poor Lewis, surely the pair were Fred’s plan. But Ferrari won’t be winning a Drivers World Championship anytime soon, because Mercedes dropped the ball on a fundamental issue which they’ve worked out. Toto is a very Powerful Man. So Mercedes Benz will dominate again. Max knows that, but unfortunately he doesn’t know that ‘King George’, who’s done done 4 seasons less than Max, is faster and that’s in his words “I’m faster than Max” He can’t wait cause he’s been spanking Lewis too. Silverstone the car let him down and Lewis was always going to win in a half decent Mercedes, George would’ve been a close 2nd. RedBulls, predicted by Jos, “implosion” has started.
Max’s ‘Era’ of dominance is over and after this year, it’s Mercedes ‘Era’ once again. “I rest my case no further questions your Honour” 👀🧐🤔🤫💯👍🏼🤣🤯💥😜

You can't compare, your comparing apples with oranges. I'm pretty sure put him in the best car with the best team with a average team mate you'll be waxing lyrical about him, saying GOAT - always makes me laugh, we should learn from Vettel
On a side note, It seems to me Carlos Sainz is very close to Leclerc, but as you said Leclerc's risk management is off. When It comes off, people may say- he's the fastest guy in F1, When it doesn't and he bins it he's too error prone.
The speed comes from his high risk driving, take the risk away he's nip and tuck with Carlos, that's why he needs a car very much to his liking as the risk percentage comes downs slightly and he's more hero than zero :)

I think Leclerc is one of the fastest drivers to ever race an F1 car. He needs not only a good car but a trusty environment which he still doesn't have at Ferrari. And since that Hamilton move I feel it has gotten worse for him. They already screwed him so many times in terms of technical issues and strategy... it's not even funny any more. Let's see if Hamilton does better there but after being a Scuderia fan since the 90s I highly doubt it. The current Scuderia will always find a way to fck up and burn their drivers. Wish both drivers all the best.

      @dco1019 20 дней назад

they screwed carlos with that hamilton move too... and I think this might be playing on charles mind too in some extent. It puts a lot of 'imposter syndrome' pressure on him doesnt it? carlos still has the good will from the team, is great in race management and getting results when situation is less than ideal, than charles is. And charles is put on the spot to show hes actually better than this guy when in reality over the years carlos could always hang with charles and simply belongs in the team on merit.
that makes it tough right to show your supposed superiority while its expected. The end result might be that the best driver for scuderia this season will be pushed out and the worse one stays. or say its equal, its still a bad look.

@@CameronF1. dudes been crying in another thread by @james5967 about this as well. Placed my answer there to. In the end it's the drivers prerogative to call the lap you're coming in. Usually this is done before the race, but in changing conditions it's up to the driver as they experience the track. No simulation will help there anyway. Charles needs to stop being a pushover.

@@CameronF1. Have you made the video following the last race of Lec, or following 2 years ago mistake from Paul Ricard race? Cause it looks like you are prone to keep remembering the past instead of talking about present. BDW i'm not saying that in 2024 Charles did not made mistakes, but they were mainly for pushing too hard in order to cover car's weaknesses and it's clear, at least for me, that in dump conditions, he is less fast than other drivers. It is his big weakness. Maybe a more documented opinion would have increased the value of your video, especially that you are claiming to speak the truth.

As talented as LeClerc is. He has one fault and that is keeping his emotions in check. Not saying he can't have m. We're all entitled to m but it seems like everytime it really really matters.. He gets overexcited and becomes his own worst enemy again. George (not a fan at all) but he's a big ol bundle of emotions.. and at times it shows but even he seems to be better at holding m in till after the moment.

Leclerc’s development is one of the reasons Ferrari wanted Hamilton at the end of his career. Much like the role Nikki Lauda played with Hamilton when he joined Mercedes. I think being side by side with Hamilton every day will be what brings the consistency that LeClerc needs to be the top driver in the sport and push Verstappen out of that championship spot, because Verstappen doesn’t compete well when he has competition at his level, hence the crash with Lando which was reminiscent of 2021 with Hamilton.

George has had 3 opportunities where he challenged Max with a subpar car.
I think George and Leclerc don't fear Max because they've raced him alot during karting and won championships against him. Same with Ocon and Stroll. And if you notice all these drivers mentioned have same thing in common....aggressive driving.
Lando didn't race them then only in f2 George and Albon.
    F1 Future is bright .
You right Cameron all of them needs to cut down mistakes. But it comes with experience both driver and pitwall. GP and Max are strong Team. Sometimes I sense doubt, indecision and lack of confidence in their race engineers and strategies. They need to know and trust their drivers abilities. Know their strengths and weaknesses.
Max capitalizes on these mistakes more than on track battles. Weekend past in point.
