Then use the anti-fat on the passcode thing near the front door to be able to access it. To get rid of mum, find the key to unlock the door acrosse from the bathroom, to be able to see, try and find the lightbulb which is sometimes your room, then find all the batteries and put them in the radio which is in the now unlocked room, turn the radio on and mum will go in (make sure to hide in the bathroom after you turn the radio on) then while she's in there with the radio, close the door and push the shelves against it, she cant get out. At last you can move freely to find the code to open the outside gate. Also to get whatever the dog is guarding, you can defrost the steak which you'l find in the freezer in the microwave and put it in the dogs bowl to distract him. I hope this helps.
