The thing that I love with fire ogerpon is it shifted a lot of teams. Before, rain teams are being used a lot. They still are but I get to see Kanto Ninetales more in these videos.

I wonder if you could've saved BM Ursaluna by swapping in Great Tusk before BM then potentially finishing Basculegion off with Vaccum Wave. Great Tusk has more HP than BM so the recoil from wave crash would've been more.

Try setting up it on turn 1. Tera up and shell smash.
As the opp will be switching, shell smash again.
Be careful with priority moves

Powerful? Yes. Incredible? Certainly. But not without counters.
The Wellspring Mask Ogerpon is just ASKING to be slaughtered by Iron Bundle's Freeze-Dry, especially pre-Tera - Freeze-Dry is an Ice-type move that is super-effective against Water-types. She can probably live a Freeze-Dry if she Teras, though, thanks to the SpDef boost she gets upon Terastallizing.
Kantoan Moltres is probably a good check or even counter to pre-Tera Hearthflame Ogerpon since it resists both her STABs, and the only Rock move Ogerpon can use other than Ivy Cudgel (Rock) is Rock Tomb via TM, which isn't very hard-hitting, and thus most likely won't be included in the moveset. Everything else in Ogerpon's learn set is neutral or worse against Moltres. Post-Tera, Heatran is a somewhat safe bet since Hearthflame loses Mold Breaker when it Teras. Be careful that she isn't packing Stomping Tantrum...
The Cornerstone form is fairly vulnerable to Fighting STAB, though its pre-Tera Sturdy is going to ensure that it lives one hit from full health. This won't be a huge problem in VGC due to the prominence of Fake Out, since Sturdy fails if you've lost even 1 HP before being fainted - but it could be in singles. A super-fast and/or Choice-Scarfed Fighting type will probably get the job done - Hawlucha, perhaps?
