      First, buy smaller chicken legs. Or if the chicken is whole, choose the one that is less than 4 pounds the weight of that whole chicken. Because the younger the chicken, the lesser blood can be deposited in their legs.

      Apat na oras lang po, banlawan agad. Di siya aalat at malambot and juicy ang meat.

    Talaga po bang mawawala yung dugo sa loob ng manok kapag tapos lutuin? Lagi nalang po kasing may dugo pagkakagat sa manok na niluluto ko, diko alam pano mawala.

      Mas maliit po ang manok, or mas younger, mas less ang chance na mag retain ang blood nito sa loob ng legs. At yung brine na ginawa natin ay mas lalong makakatulong. Habang binabanlawan ang manok, bahagyang pigain.
