    Some great drone footage there Shad, and bit of running the camera around to show how the 70 and trailer handles the soft stuff. The Japanese drifters would be proud of you flicking the camper out. Well done. And Chef Shad makes another appearance. I would almost smell that steak sizzling. Making me hungry for more!!

      Thanks mate, definitely didn’t want to get stuck in that river bed that’s for sure. Those steaks were pretty good that night, i still remember that 👍👍. Cheers 🍻

    G’day Shad. Just watching your video now it’s about 4:44 am. On pause at the moment just looking at your campsite at the boggy hole. Awesome campsite by yourself though. The formation of those rocks is just awesome and the drone footage. Good on you Tash for having a drive. I wish my wife would have a go at it. Awesome video there Shad Thoroughly enjoying watching

    I notice and the end of video that you do not turn towards the rock formerly known as Ayers, is there a reason you didn't visit it? Been there too many times already? Crowds too big? Not as epic as advertised? Great video series by the way! I'm living vicariously!

    • @shaddonaghue

    Hi Shad, I was wondering if we go slow (and the weather is good), do you think we can take an SUV in the Palm Valley campground? We won't go any further into Palm Valley in the car, but would like to get to the campground. The site looked amazing and don't want to miss out! Thank you!

    Hi Mate, great video, very helpful. Im planning a similar trip and have seen that maps and NT parks info say no trailers, did you have any trouble from the Rangers taking the Ultimate through there? Cheers Matt

    • @shaddonaghue
      @shaddonaghue  2 года назад

      I wasn’t aware of the trailer ban , I haven’t had any problems with rangers up that way. I wouldn’t like to tow something too big through there though. Maybe its something they have just implemented now. We have been twice now too boggy hole with a trailer and its been so good. Thanks for watching

    Hi Shad, nice work mate. Fam and I heading up end of next month. We tow a R2 Lifestyle (hybrid) behind a 200 series, you think this track ok to get through with trailer?

    • @shaddonaghue
      @shaddonaghue  2 года назад

      If your traveling alone, you’ll need to be able to self recover if you get stuck , some soft sand and also your departure angle on the trailer might let you down. You’ll get to palm valley no problems and if your worried about boggy hole you could leave the camper at palm valley and do a day trip to boggy and see what you reckon. If you could do it , it would be the highlight of your trip its amazing out there i just couldn’t capture how good it is
