Afters started in OC. They got famous for their Milky Bun, a warm donut bun with ice-cream inside. I love the cereal milk flavor with Afters Flakes (topping). It’s like corn flakes that they bump up with butter and salt. So good!
All looked delicious as always. You two sure know how to pick a restaurant! When Bill tried the spicy sauce and said “yowza!” I lost it! 😂. You’re soooo close to 70K!!🎉🎉

I love chicken pot pie. The bites are inside out! Lots of crust to gravy ratio!
On a visit to Long Beach 2 years ago I ate at Cafe Seville - amazing food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend.
Looking at the menu, French dip and the chicken pot pie bites is exactly what I would have ordered.
You know you two just brighten my day how long have you two been married everything looked wonderful give me the chicken pot pie appetizer and the fried chicken dumplings yum have a great and blessed weekend ❤️😊

Bill and Lisa!! In that same plaza where Afters is in, I HIGHLY recommend you guys check out Uncle Fung's Borneo Eatery. Genuinely one of me and my husband's top 3 restaurants in LA County, hands down. You won't regret it! Our favorite dishes are the Hokkien Mee, Laksa, and satay chicken! But honestly everything else we've had besides those are just as phenomenal! ❤

I miss my old neighborhood. Looks like a lot of new places have opened, and I may need to make a trip through there. Every place you visited looked so tasty. Looks like LB has been going through a lot of revitalization for a while now.

Hi Bill!! Hi Lisa!! Wow! What great places! Those sandwiches that you folks had were amazing! The chicken pot pie bites were so cute……and the dumplings! I love longanisa, so I know that that dumpling would definitely be my favorite as well.
I’m so glad that you both liked Afters. They used to have a milky bun-like donut-that they would stick a scoop of ice cream into. Milk and cereal and frozen hot cocoa are the two that I recently had. I will definitely try Cookie Monster next time. I’ve been to After’s a handful of times, and that one always looked too blue for me. LOL! I will definitely give it a try now!

Nice reviews, thanks! I would say those pot pie thingys aren't exactly bites. They're more like empanadas. They looked yummy though. Did you know that, when you guys say "au jus", you're actually saying "with juice"? For example, "it comes with au jus" means "it comes with with juice" 😁 LOL Anyway, thanks as always for your videos. I would like to request you guys go to Washington, D.C., my hometown 👍🏽
Someone mentioned the correct way to say 'au jus', but we forgot. lol Would like to visit Washington DC for sure, it has been on our radar for a while.
