I am so disappointed in my Hammit bag. it was a Christmas gift--and in the holiday frenzy I missed the cut off day to send back. The bag came with a weird half zipper--items can literally fall out either end of the zipper. The bag was shown with a full zipper. Also the overall quality of the bag I received is very disappointing. Hammit will allow me to exchange--but...I no longer believe in their products--luxury packing but not luxury product. Plus, I really don't like the bags on their site. We paid more than $500 for a defective product we can't return. And for Christmas! Most brands allow extra time for returns. ugh.

Sounds like user error rather than Hammitt's fault.
