I understood your point is only one thing how many hard hearing and deaf people might need to "hear" God's word but without closed caption Many deaf people are frustrated without interpreter in church services caused them left because of no interpreters and also with sermons' videos without CC will cause them lost their interests in God's messages. Remember Leviticus 19:14 I do care about them that I don't want to see them to be lost souls. They need Jesus.
