Should have been preserved in this world heritage site for kids of the future to see how power was generated,
They are now gone forever to be replaced by a thousand houses so Telford and Wrekin council can grab another thousand council tax payments.Nothing to celebrate here.

Agreed, they should have at least kept one tower and turned the site into an information centre..Money seems the only language those in charge care about. Telford is quickly turning into a concrete jungle with all the housing projects in progress and it will not be a place people will desire to visit.
