  • Hope this helps anyone else facing the same grey/over toned hair problem!! The sooner you do it the better, I had just coloured my hair a few hours before I did this which is probably why it worked so fast!
    What you need:
    3 lemons
    1/4 cup of conditioner
    1. Mix well and apply to hair
    2. Comb through to distribute evenly
    3. Leave on for 20mins ~ 1hour. Keep an eye out to see how the colour is changing!
    4. Rinse!

Omg!!! Tytyty! We dyed my moms hair that new “cool” grey colour and she hated it! We looked online and your video led us to lemons and conditioner and the grey is completely gone! Her blonde is actually nicer than it was before. You’re a gem. Thanks again. Great advice.

This video came out 6 years ago, but thank god for that! I asked my hairdresser to turn my previously bleached hair grey, but it came out way darker than I expected! Pretty much the same color as you have. Didn't have to heart to tell her to change it back (mainly my introverted-ness) now I'm desperately looking for less damaging solutions. Love the results you got, so fingers crossed that this will work for me :"))

Homie I've been doing my hair for so long and I just wanted to add a natural Ash to my very light blond. so yeah it's been awhile so I thought I could do it and it would be cool. Well it turned it's over. I know that lemons and coconut oil and stuff we'll take it out but just wanted to look it up anyway and your results are crazy awesome so definitely not going to skip another day, going tomorrow to get my lemon juice on ! 😊 Thanks boo!

Thank you for this video! My hairdresser accidentally used blue toner on my hair, so I left this mixture in my hair overnight and when I washed it out my hair was left an ashy blonde- grey, but much better than before! Yay!

Wow it looks so much better 🍀🍀🍀🌻very pretty color I went in and told the salon I didn't want gray or white color, and they thought my hair was too bright but I liked it I just wanted the roots done. Now my hair is gray, and my forehead is on fire from chemical burns lucky me 🍀I am hoping once my chemical burn heals up I am going to give this lemon a try with the conditioner.

OMG, YOU SAVED MY HAIR!!! This week i bleached my hair, and toned it with wella 050. Since i over toned my hair and it turned into a dark blue grey color. So i tried your method, i left the lemon juice and conditioner on hair for about 30 minutes, and the blue and grey are just totally gone. my hair is now a very pale blonde. Thank you!!!

I usually tone my own hair after bleaching it. Right after I tone it, it's a really dark grey blonde but it usually rinses out the next time I wash it and becomes a pretty nice blonde color that isn't brassy.

I did this but used shampoo left it in for over 2 hours to get some left over reddish copper dye I hated out it worked
This also works lemon and baking soda mixed with shampoo for more difficult colors just leave conditioner on for 20 or 30 minutes after washing because it drys out hair but it's so worth it better than bleaching

Hey Sharla! I have a weird question. How did you stay so motivated to go through college so long and your studies with the Japanese language? I have a hard time with that -_- . Thank you and I love your videos! I feel like we're friends even though we haven't met ha ha :p .
