if you're in college or university, you're classes might be later. I'm guessing you're still in middle or highschool so that's why your school probably starts earlier at a set time. you can't really choose you're classes in middle or high school unless you go to a private school or something.

I set alarm even during the weekends so that I can have that satisfying feeling of not having to wake up early. But that gave me the habit of turning off my alarm sub consciously, and I will never remember the moment when I turn off an alarm in the middle of my sleep. I think it's because my brain think it was a dream and you know like we don't remember dreams unless it is significant. Our brain filters out the insignificant dreams, so actually we always have dreams but we just don't realise it because we won't remember.

i wake up and have to run outside holding my shoes most days just to catch the bus and for most of the day im so tired, then at the end of that day when i need to sleep im so awake i can't get to sleep for hours.
