Bühler Group - Students & Graduates: ETHZ Leadership Seminar at Bühler

The ETHZ Leadership Seminar provides the most ambitious and best-performing MTEC master students with an exceptionally rewarding learning opportunity: Real cases on strategy, innovation and leadership in close collaboration with the top management of an outstanding Swiss company. In 2013, the students had the opportunity to undertake three case studies with Bühler. While gaining substantial insights into the structure, dynamics and challenges of a major industrial sector, they immersed into the business model and strategic landscape of the Bühler organization. They visited production sites, conducted interviews with members of the management team, internal and external experts as well as customers and discussed their ideas with top executives.
