Khalid Al-Raisi interesting. Might be as an entry requirement? It is of course helpful to know some German. But to my knowledge all grad school classes are in English.... Just checked. Looks like most programms are in English only, but there are some exceptions. . You can find the information on the application document of the respective programme
@@annaeigenmann4325 do you know they teach most of programmes in English (I know that computer science and maybe software engineering are taught only in English ,but i'am talking about the others). Is it because the universities that are better than ETH zürich in ranking are in ENGLISH (NOT,harvard,Stanford,Oxford and Cambridge) or doesn't have to do with that. Thanks
Totally agree, no objections. Reputation has a Nobel laureate. The strange thing is, based on surveys of university campus rankings that are anglo-oriented (English-language publications). The Singaporean campus of Nanyang Tech & National Univ Nus) which clearly doesn't have a Nobel Science tradition, but its ranking can beat German univ campuses.

There are already financial analysts and trading experts(Phds) who have shelled out theories and ideas for years, but that doesn't mean you can't contribute.

if you are a grad student you don't even need german as all the courses are in english!
