raw manges (kachhe aam ). 5kg
turmeric. (haldi ). 3 tablespoon
red chilli powder(lal mirch). 3 tablespoon
kalonji (onion seeds) 2teaspoon
black papper (kali mirch). 50grams
hing 1 teaspoon
methi dana. 200 grams
funnel seeds (saunf). 200 grams
jeera. 100 grams
salt. 700 grams
Mustard oil. 1 ltr
