hi dear! thank you for your comment. this kind of cake is super moist and even if you make 3 layers cake, it will be little tricky to make it as tall cake. if you already made it share with me the result! if you didnt make you may like also to get a look for 2 different cake more spongy base

you can use peaches or nectarines ( I did it and it is amazing), also in future I will try it with figs, when the season will come!
