Currently using Millers nano+ 5w 40 with change intervals of 1000 miles or 4 track days. Used to use Fuchs titan supersyn 5w 40 with change intervals of 500 miles or 2 track days.
@@DimoS... lotus recommends 5w 40 for the 2zz-ge. That's good enough for me. You only really need a zero cold weight oil in a very low temperature climate. However 0w 40 would work fine.
You think I was having fun? I should have just backed off, but then the other part of me says why should I, when all that is required from the cupra driver is to lift off the pedal for a few seconds. This guy wouldn't move for anyone all day. He may have been having fun, but no one else was who got stuck behind him. There were 16 red flags this day, which made it frustrating enough without a car on track doing this all day.
@@mk1golfpete its called track etiquette, which you have zero of. It shouldn't take a blue flag to move over when a faster car is approaching, just lift of the throttle and let them past. If you think you were as quick over a lap because you were marginally quicker in the straights then move over and see if you can keep up, but you knew you couldn't that's why you wouldn't move over. You did it to everyone all day, pure ego driving.
That Seat driver was a complete tool, got stuck behind him for 5 laps and he ignored the blue flags on every lap
That was infuriating to watch haha
Nice skills mate! What oil you use for track days?

@Stephen Widden dont think so, think he just got fed up of the cupra driver not letting anyone past.
@@MRS-2ZZ you hit the nail on the head, I was bored of following him
Cupra needs to check his mirrors
Everyone's there to have fun... Cupra was probably enjoying the chase.
