I was probably 9 or 10 and my next door neighbor's father secretly had Leisure Suit Larry on their 286 PC. We used to sneak around playing it when they weren't around.
Is your name Michael? :) Because he came over playing LSL1 with me on our 286 in CGA - and with 'playing' I mean trying to get past the 18+ quiz in the beginning most of the time. Too bad I found out about ALT-X years later...
@@surject Sorry to disappoint you, but I am not Michael. As I vaguely recall, my friend had an older brother who told us some of the quiz answers. I also played Kings Quest and Space Quest there, still favorites of mine. I used to love Sierra games back then.
Even if I could buy real hardware for every single game from that era, where would I put it all? Sometimes you just have to be practical about things. The emulators come pretty close.
I think there are a few ways to interpret your comment, some of which are very presumptuous or offensive. To give you the benefit of the doubt, I asked you to explain your comment. Just so I don't draw any premature conclusions on what type of person you are. ;)
Penny is the kind of model who sells a game like this. 😍
There were a few other models too!
woah good skin tones for ega
Yeah, I was suitably impressed!
Scope FTW! I think they stopped publishing in mid nineties.
With the little stars? Fun times

Yeah, we just played it as we had very little parental supervision.
@@dono42 Same same. LucasArts as well ofc. Google eXoDOS and have fun.
If i ever find this game for my Amiga 500,
i might NEVER switch off that computer ever again 😹!
Well, it was released for Amiga: www.lemonamiga.com/games/details.php?id=1832
I know there is a copy for the Commodore 64. Im ditching this Nvidia graphics card with AI I use now for 1986 tech.
Real hardware does not have these problems, because software is not capable of emulating hardware accurately enough. Just buy real hardware.

Not all emulators are the same. Some emulators are better in some aspects than others.
This guy looks like exactly the kind of person who would play a game like this.
By this guy you mean me? I read the comments, you know. And what exactly do you mean by that?
@@msdosgamereviews What do you think I mean by it? 😉
