Thank you for the honest "before" pictures. As a homeschooling mum who also runs a family business, I feel like my brain will pop from the constant piling of washing and dishes - I keep reminding myself that I'm not broken, it just genuinely is a hectic season of life!
Hi! Haha- yes the house was a tip- each room was like that too but I thought no one wats to see all of my messy house :-). It is good to be reminded though that we can't keep up appearances all the time though!
I enjoyed your DITL! Inspired me to a few more chores on my to do list. I really liked seeing the laundry out in your backyard ☺️ My neighbors probably don’t like seeing my was fluttering in the wind. One of them hired a landscape architect and she created a “living wall” of various plants to most likely block her view. It’s quite beautiful and she wouldn’t accept any money from me. The other neighbor asked me if I wanted help taking down the clothesline ( it’s tipping ever so slightly) of course I said no and she looked disappointed 🤣. I just love the smell of laundry hung out to dry! PS. My dentist lives a very nice part of the city and he decommissioned his in ground pool and put in a fruit and vegetable garden. He says his neighbors hate him-until harvest time!
Thank-you :-)! I have only recently learnt that in some countries having a clothesline and washing out is a problem for the neighbours- here in NZ it's 100% normal to hang the washing out and I agree- nothing smells better than clothes dried outside. Good on your dentist for getting those fruit tree's in- fun to have a neighbour with a pool but better to have a neighbour with an orchard!
You hemming the jeans made me smile, I taught myself (thanks to RUclips) how to hem jeans and keep the original hem. My 14 year was so happy, she's short but now her funky jeans are the perfect length :)
Nice change of video
Thanks for watching! Felt like a busy full day until I condensed it to just 10 minutes 🤣

yes, I learnt that a few years ago too- these jeans are tapered and I wanted them wider at the bottom so couldn’t re-see the cuff this time.
