That diss track came out in 2017, before sicko mode, so Quadeca technically made the beat switch up. He also said that in one of his videos.
Nah man, Insecure came out in Nov 2019. Sicko mode dropped around 2018 October.
Pay attention to the beat and the lisp it a long time for me to notice but he almost times the bad lisps with the high points in the beat it sounds really good
