    Roast Chicken Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    1 whole chicken (about 3-4 pounds)
    4 tablespoons melted butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    1 tablespoon dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 lemon, halved
    1 onion, quartered
    2 celery stalks, cut into chunks
    Instructions:
    Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Prepare the chicken: Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Place the onion, celery, and lemon inside the chicken cavity.
    Make the seasoning mix: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the outside of the chicken.
    Roast the chicken: Place the chicken on a roasting pan with the legs tied together. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
    Serve: Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Serve with your choice of vegetables or rice.
