Fair Fighting Rule 11 - Listen To Partner

Through this video I am hoping to show that 'listening' to your partner involves much more than simply hearing the spoken word. During domestic disputes word choices are often more inflammatory than during calmer moments and words are often spoken in a more excited fashion.
An effective listener can 'translate' the harshly spoken words. The translation can then be communicated back to the partner to ensure the ideas were understood and to try and calm the situation down by using words that are more reserved but still convey the proper meaning.
