Wonderful review! I'm 3d printing and building my own (tech geek) which will be in my dining table. Long story short, the center of my glass table is a wine rack, with just enough room between rack and table to insert a sand table. So excited. This is a wonderful implementation of the zen sand garden. I'm hoping to grow the inspiration into something wonderful. Thank you!!!

Yes. Imagine a tiny motor whirling sound. In a room with any other noise, you won't notice. In a room where you expect absolute silence, you will notice it.
I was going to ask the same thing. I was wondering if there was a whirrr or servo sounds which would drive me nuts. Can someone else verify that it is indeed silent? Thanks
@@paigelivingston8842 I see other people say it is absolutely silent. Mine makes a clear whirling sound, especially when the magnetic ball makes turns on the surface (for example when it makes a 45 degree turn to make a star shape).
I have gone down the rabbit hole with this because I love it but I’m on Sydney Australia and it’s nearly $800. Contemplating buying in US as it’s on sale but then shipping and changing power…thanks for replying!
I received the large one and I never ordered it filed a claim on my card the investigation is over and I was told to keep it.What! Who in the heck can I gift it to. It’s ridiculous
