    I'm really glad you made this video. I have always wondered about casting out demon, and is there some kind of process to it. But after watching your video I realized that I don't half to worry about trying to cast out demons. All i need is to have faith in Christ and spread the good news of our salvation.
    Thank you for making this great video. God bless you.

      The fact that he categorised Saul's demon possession as "seemingly" not being demon possessed just shows the errors of this video and possible false conclusions.

      @Fatima Snow, your comments are very close to being considered spam. If you continue to post the same criticism to everyone that comments here your remarks will eventually be removed. How about instead you actually attempt to prove from the Bible that I'm wrong? That would allow for a productive conversation.

    This topic has always bothered me. There are some people that focus to much on structure and not on Christ.
    It’s Christ that we need to follow. 🙂🙏

      That's right. We should understand that following him means that we are his dusciples,and we can become apostles. Read all the red words. Listen to the gospel of Thomas. Seek him. Walk the narrow path within that few find which leads to the small door by sitting in the spirit or meditating on him in the silence within. Getting into deep meditation is only hard at first. It's what Jesus and his disciples did. It's why John couldn't tell us if he was in his body or out of it and how he received revelation.

    Solomon uses the demons names to get them to tell the truth after binding them right? Then he used the angels name that frustrates them to force them under his control I believe.

    All the protection you need is Jesus. Put faith in him, accept him, repent, and get baptized. Then sit in the spirit , or meditate in the silence and listen.

    I was reminded of this passage from Matthew 12-
    43 “Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation.”
    Even though this does not say a demon was cast out, it said "goes out", it would make sense this is what could happen if the demonic spirit was not cast out by The Gospel and the person was changed. The person would be empty instead of being indwelt with His Spirit. I think it's related somehow and I'd like to know your thoughts.

      I think you're right. I came to a similar conclusion when considering that passage. It doesn't speak directly to exorcism, but it does show that, without faith the gospel and the resulting indwelling of the Holy Spirit, an exorcism is useless.

    14:44
    We can actually do the same miracles that Jesus did and even greater ones.
    John 14:12, “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.
    The catch is, you have to believe in him.

    • @TheBibleExplained
      @TheBibleExplained  Год назад +5

      Why do you think that Jesus meant "greater miracles" when He said "greater works"? Do you think that you can walk on water? Can you feed 5,000 with 5 loaves and two fish? Can you raise the dead? Can you raise yourself from the dead? Isn't it more reasonable to conclude that Jesus meant that we would continue His work (of calling men to repentance and faith in Him) and that we would do even more of that than He did? This is, after all, the context of His statement: we would do greater works because He is "going to the Father"

      That's not all Jesus said, as in John 6, 35-66, you are all dead to me without gnawing my Body and drinking my Blood. Only Catholics obey the 18 times Jesus ordered what protestants reject.

    Jesus speaks to his disciples just before going to heaven in Matt 28:19, 20 "Go therefore and make disciples...teaching them to observe all things that I have COMMANDED you". And Jesus commanded them in Matt 10:5f "These twelve Jesus sent out and COMMANDED them, saying... "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons."
    So, it seems that Jesus did want all those who later became disciples, to also cast out demons. I don't see any way out of this.

    I have a friend that can't stop drinking I think he's possessed by a specific demon that I will not mention. Please help

    • @bsusie1
      @bsusie1 Год назад +1

      Is your friend a believer? Has your friend received the offer of salvation? Even as a believer we still must realize we have sins of the flesh. So many think these weaknesses are demons. As believers we submit to God by reading His Word, praise, prayer, and trusting His promises. In our own strength we are powerless, but trusting in the Lord He works His will in us. Rather than thinking your friend has a demon, may I suggest it’s a weakness of the flesh. Yes, demons can try to influence us, but Jesus defeated our enemy. Your friend may have endured trauma, abuse, or something that causes the desire to escape the pain of his past. Greater is He in us than any demon. Again, if I may offer a suggestion, have your friend start thanking the Lord that His sin debt was paid in full by Jesus. Focus on his new identity in Jesus, and the promises. Don’t focus on the failures. We all fall short, but as we submit to God the enemy will flee, and we’re strengthened by His indwelling Holy Spirit.

    Whilst yes you must cast out demons in the messiah mentality of Jesus Christ, Using his name won't do it alone, it was only Jesus who could cast out demons using just his name alone, you need to find the route cause of the demon, isolate it, because if you have one demon you will have many, and starve it of it's source, be it drugs, food, just etc. You cannot cast out demons using Jesus's name alone if you are not the son of G-d. Please trust me on this, isolate it, and starve it, you don't need to know it's name either because they won't tell you (but most demons will decieve and say they are a powerful entity like Ba'al to make you think you have little power.) They feed on negativity, Whether it be through thought or material, they need a food source to stay there. Remove the source, starve the demon.

    The Bible rejects that the Bible is the source of all truth. The Sola Scriptura heresy is a manmade doctrine, clearly as there was not even a Table of Contents for the Bible for over 300 years after Jesus. During those 300 years, the Roman Catholic Church, the only one founded by Jesus, was casting out demons, even raising the dead, based only on its teaching authority, lacking to this day in the 40,000+ Sola Scriptura dogmas that disagree with each other while worshiping 40,000+ "holy spirits" that also disagree with each other. The Sola Scriptura heretics worship more gods than the Hindus.

      Your brain has been washed so hard that it's smoother than marble. Please, read scripture and allow God to speak to you directly, not fallible "priests". The Pope is sinful just like Mary had sin. The only man to ever exist in this fallen world without sin was Jesus, and He's God in the flesh. Stop trusting fallen people more than God and His Word. God bless.
