Great podcast Brian; the people you have on are such amazing role models for the world of hunting. I wish we had more people like this. "You may not reach a million people, but you may reach one that does". We must respect each other or we will lose our rights to hunt. God bless you and the Gritty Bowman family. Prayers for you and yours.
Found this older podcast Brian. Love it! Lampers and you dropping knowledge. Sometimes going back to older conversations really press the fundamentals that create success. I’m loving these conversations that I missed. 😃👍🏻 Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for talking about the public land issue. It is a HUGE issue this year and is not being talked about enough. This could affect the nation for a very long time and needs to be taken as serious as all your major issues in voting this year and for years to come.
The selling of public land is not good at all. Raise tag prices if you must but don't sell it. Because I'm going out there either way🤷♂️. Love the podcast
So , how do you feel about The Governor of Idaho wanting to action off tags , I think is how I heard it , even let a few people at the wildlife conservation level go because they were not behind his plan.
Gritty Bowmen , your absolutely Right and he needs his ass voted out asap. . by the way love your video's. grew up hunting Roosevelt elk. and now it's hard as hell to get back on our old stomping grounds on the Oregon coast. to hunt blacktail, and Roosevelt elk.
On the public land issue that you talked about here, everyone of your concerns that you voiced can also be used to show whats wrong with the current Federal Model. Debt? $20 Trillion and counting. Access and Miss management? Come to Montana where this has been a way of life for residences since the '90s. Every 4 to 8 years, there is a new way to crack the egg!?! Yet every summer the forest burns down. Putting a value towards the animal? This one scares me the most. Our lifestyle is anything but the norm. How many more years until a Cecil the Lion "incident" shuts down hunting on "Public" land? You think it can't happen? Look at trapping. See that's the thing. Education swings both ways. Unfortunately the answer, like most things dealing with politics, is somewhere in the middle. Unfortunately, the big "conservation" groups today are funded by one side of politics. That side has zero issue when their tribe breaking all the rules to set the precedent. Then when the other tribe uses said precedent, the world is coming to an end. Good times!?!
