Here’s a look at what it’s like to be a billionaire in Monaco. Monaco’s richest resident is Sir James Ratcliffe. At the time of producing this video, Ratcliffe had a net worth of $15.7 billion, which makes him the richest person in Monaco. He reportedly left the UK and moved to Monaco to cut his tax bill. Real estate prices in Monaco are astronomical, but there’s one apartment that is far more expensive than the rest. The Sky Penthouse at Odeon Tower has a price tag of $387 million. Only the richest of the rich can afford to live at Odeon Tower. The Sky penthouse spans five floors and features five luxurious bedrooms and a private cinema. Each floor of the penthouse has its own kitchen, the residents of the Sky penthouse have access to a whole team of butlers, maids, chauffeurs, and chefs. The sky penthouse even has a waterslide and infinity pool. Monaco is so rich that income inequality in the country is practically non-existent. The only income inequality that exists is between millionaires and billionaires. In fact, one-third of the people living in Monaco are millionaires, and not a single resident lives below the poverty line. Look at the things that they are buying😄😆 If God allows us to go further, their yacht shows would become the poor standards of the near future. They are happy but not satisfied with their current ambitions. They will never feel satisfied because success is an obsession as well as an addiction. It is glorious joy in an abundant universe. Dreams are not a problem, but time is limited.

Actually, the citizens of Monaco typically are not even millionaires. There are a lot of residents, but very few citizens, and the government actually subsidizes their apartments because rent is so expensive
@@ktkilntime1586 true. 1/3 are worth over 1.5million. The rest are either what you consider lower upper class or middle upper class. You can live there making 100,000 a year but you're going to live in a studio apartment for a very very long time unless you have a spouse that makes the same.

Sad story sad, I work in Monaco but I'm by any means a millionaire. Actually it kinda sucks because everyone thinks you are rich while, in fact, you'r not.

As a USA citizen living in Monaco, I feel sad that even though I am investing, I don't have the brain power to dig through how each company is doing, is this a good time to buy stocks or not. my reserve of $450k is still laying waste to inflation and I don't know what to do at this point.. I need solid data on market trajectory..

You can take a mutual fund etf like spx and invest 10 percent right off the bat. Everytime the etf hits a resistance or support you can just invest another 10 percent. You can play around like that for years gradually making it more complex to suit your novice to pro style. You can also look into A.I. if you want to shift through the financials or with help choosing the right etf or stock for you along with proper support and resistance setup as well as escape plans.

Monaco really is special and nicer than I had expected because It is so dense. Sure it is cramped and dense but you can feel a special aura when you are there. I found it interesting that Monaco is just 3 acres larger than the Magic Kingdom at Disney World, but living in Monaco you actually have the entire Riviera as your playground with Monaco being like a gated community you come and go from.

My dad is one of James (Jim) Ratcliffes Pilots. Its crazy some of the stories ive heard just to cut a tax bill or save a penny. Not to flex but i got to take a short 20 min trip on one of his jets (its nice)

The apartment has many faults. For example the vanity in the bathroom has square corners, perfect for cracking a billionaires' head open. Considering most billionaires are aged you would want to make sure everything is rounded or padded for when they slip or faint,

She told me they bought couse prestige when they go out to the sea they realise that the sea needs art and patience and therefore a very few can manage the yachts so the most people have permanently the yachts tide in harbour...

As a resident of Monaco I have to say this isn’t entirely accurate. In particular, the point regarding going to the casinos as a resident, as an international resident you are more than encouraged to go! The native Monegasque population are banned from the casinos / gambling. Big difference

UPDATE: The Odeon has since dropped the price of their $387 Million Tower by $ 32 Million. So now you can get the place for the bargain price of $355 Million.: ). Apparently the new expansion is almost all sold out. Only 3 places as of 6 months ago were still available and it won't be finished 'til 2025 !

I don’t need anymore than I get per pay. I have 3 wonderful kids with great partners. They are all very loving to me and no matter where we are in the country we try to get together to get a family picture. We don’t drink, smoke or do drugs oh hang on there is drinking I forgot their father LOL. I had a tooth split in half ( I was flossing 😳 that’s spose to be good for ya lol and in the chair he had to give me a needle and he knows I need a few moments to myself to relax and kinda meditate I guess. And he kept saying “ Jane stop thinking of ur grandson ur smiling and I need to get up top” LOL. SO I went back to my disco days and only my feet move. He is going to bring in disco music For Janes procedures LOL.
