Outstanding. I want one. Back in the day (1988-89), my then girlfriend let me drive her brand new 318i on a regular basis. I loved it more than I loved her!
Great cars! Lusted after these back in the day having owned a 320i in Calypso red with full body kit. Still want one now but this video also does a great job of highlighting what it takes to own and maintain one now which is a bit frightening unless money no object. This also especially if one is not hands-on. I've taken a slightly safer route and stuck with a '99 DC2 Integra Type R for my guilty pleasures instead! 😁
7:47 Yeh the sunroofs are horrible rust traps, unfortunately you'd have to replace the panel itself, some companies make a fibreglass or carbon fibre version if want to gain some weight savings.
I have a 1 owner BMW E30. Bought it in 1989 and still got it today. Its got 304000 miles on it. Recently had an engine rebuild on it. Anyway you say it wont keep up with modern vehicle speeds, absolute rubbish. You need to drive it properly chap. 😂
@@BMWE30S54it’s an M badge NOT M3 and all genuine 325i Sport had the M badge on the grill and gear knob. As to why we’ll only BMW knows but the car is a factory original Sport with its factory fitted M badges, I guess just like an M240i has M badges

Well I can drive it and yes can easily keep up with people in modern stuff but then when I jump in say our Alpine it’s got no chance of keeping up lol
Car is nice but you have to remove the m/// badge from the front grill.
Why? It is factory original fitment
@@Gibbo205 why would a m3 badge be factory fitted it's not a m3.

in america the sport model came with an m badge(or at least you could order it that way)
