- This morning, there's a clearer picture of the damage left by Hurricane Helene. The storm is being blamed for at least 45 deaths across five states, and more than 3.8 million customers are without power from Florida to Ohio as the remnants of the storm move over Appalachia, bringing rain and catastrophic flash flooding.

Thanks CBS for the 10 seconds Asheville got there. There’s literally 2 roads between NC and TN now. Entire towns washed away in NC and TN. I-40 and I-26 washed away. This stuff will take years to fix. But yeah interview someone who got hit by a hurricane last year, stayed there and got hit again..

Trump has nothing to do with project 2025!! I guess you would rather send billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel to fund war and death instead of helping these people. Meh ky and Ohio are ok, Tenn is the one that got hit! And Florida of course any where near the ocean! But Tennessee had damns burst flooding entire towns! We just missing a few shingles in Ky that’s all!

Bro, I work at FEMA and I do a lot to help victims of disaster recover from the losses. Me and my coworkers have spent months working to help the victims of Hurricane Beryl that occurred in Texas and we'll do the same to help out those in Florida.
